Capability 05 / 06

Salesforce support on a retainer you can plan around.

After go-live, most orgs either stall or slowly degrade: small requests pile up, fixes get rushed, and the original design erodes. A fixed monthly retainer gives you senior capacity on a schedule, so improvements ship steadily instead of in a panic.

Sound familiar

Where this usually starts.

  • Your admin is overloaded and the backlog only grows.

  • Changes go straight into production because there's no time to do them properly.

  • Salesforce releases arrive three times a year and nobody checks what they break.

  • You don't need a full-time hire, but you need more than ad-hoc help.

Deliverables

What we deliver.

Day-to-day administration
Users, permissions, data hygiene and the steady stream of small requests.
Backlog-driven enhancement delivery
A prioritized backlog worked through every month, so improvements arrive on a cadence.
User support & training
Help for the people using the system, and training when something new ships.
Release & regression monitoring
Each Salesforce release reviewed against your org before it reaches production.
Quarterly architecture review
Every quarter, a check on whether the org is drifting from its design — and what to fix first.

Engagement

How the engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Scope

Agree the monthly capacity, response expectations and a starting backlog.

  2. 02

    Architect

An initial health check of the org, so the retainer starts from a known baseline.

  3. 03

    Build

Monthly delivery against the prioritized backlog, with a summary of what shipped.

  4. 04

    Maximum

Quarterly reviews that keep the org aligned with its architecture, not just patched.

Questions

Asked before we start.

How is the retainer priced?
A fixed monthly fee for an agreed amount of capacity, set during scoping. You know the cost in advance — there's no hourly billing for every small request.
How is a retainer different from a project?
A project has a defined end — a build or a redesign. A retainer is ongoing capacity for the stream of work that never stops. Many clients start with a project and move to a retainer after go-live.
Can you support an org you didn't build?
Yes. The retainer starts with a health check, so inherited problems are found and prioritized instead of being discovered mid-request.
How quickly do you respond?
Response times are agreed during scoping and written into the retainer, based on what your team actually needs.
